James Louis Chirillo (* 2. Mai 1953) has been privileged to work with many of the swing era’s greats, including Benny Goodman, Buck Clayton, Benny Carter, Eddie Durham, and Earle Warren.
Today he is appearing regularly with the Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra directed by Wynton Marsalis.
He has been a participant on recordings with Tony Bennett, Joe Lovano, Houston Person, and Marcus Roberts. ... more
